Jocelyn’s beginnings in speaking, training, mentoring, and coaching began as an engineer for a major consumer products firm. As she grew in skills, capabilities, and credibility, she was sought after as a trainer, speaker, teacher, and mentor in the areas of water quality, waste water treatment, water reuse, food safety, and quality management. She’s delivered workshops and training sessions around the world, including China, Mexico, India, Kenya, as well as throughout the United States. Additionally, she’s delivered training via video conferences and webinars. Her research and work has been recognized internationally and has won global awards and featured as case studies various scientific publications.
While growing in her career, Jocelyn always found the time motivate, encourage, and build others- emotionally, spiritually, and professionally. She is able to find the purpose and opportunities in challenges and problems. Jocelyn received both undergraduate degree and master’s degree in chemical engineering from Howard University in Washington, DC. Additionally, she holds an executive master’s in business administration from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
